HOW IT WORKS

The polywrapping / polyloping wrapping machine operates by feeding polythene from a continuous roll, forming around the items to be enclosed and sealing down the centre, and at each end. The maximum thickness for our equipment is 2 inches, with a range of sizes from A5 to A4.

THE ADVANTAGES OF POLYWRAPPING / POLYLOPING

The main advantages that polythene has over paper envelopes are:

•  Polythene is significantly cheaper than a C4 paper envelope. It is also much lighter, which may reduce the overall postage cost.

•  Clear polythene allows recipients to view material and avoids them indiscriminately discarding your mailing.

•  For a more professional look, you may want to choose opaque polythene. This allows you to add some colour to your mailing by using your company logo or by adding a message to the polywrapping . We are able to source the option for you and arrange for the design and printing. We can also ink jet the address details on to the finished package, to enhance that new image.
