- ‘Read’ responses to answers in tick boxes
- Offers recognition of hand-printed text
- Images can be enhanced to suit as they are processed to enable accurate reading and keying
- Images created are then matched to a form for capture by an operator
- Look up tables / programming are used to check results during keying to enhance accuracy.
- PAF validation of addresses is built into the capture process giving accurate details.

When data has been captured by scanning, additional services can be offered, such as Royal Mail address validation, mathematical and accounting calculation and research conclusion finalisation.
We also offer a personal operator overview of all documentation to ensure that no errors have crept into the scanning results.
