You will only deal with one person at Summit . We will be responsible to ensure that your direct mail marketing happens without any problems. We will liaise with you at all times and at each stage of the mailing to ensure that the mailing is sent out exactly as you want it. This involves sending you copies of any items that we have created or received and getting your agreement that it is what you wanted and expected. You can, at any of these stages, change your mind and the process continues until you are happy. This is just one of the benefits of using our direct mail house facility.

WE NEVER ASSUME SOMETHING IS CORRECT UNTIL YOU AGREE IT IS

Once we have personalised all relevant items of your mailing - envelopes, cards or letters - the next step that occurs at our direct mail house is to enclose them and mail them out. For complex or specialised items, hand enclosing is ideal. Alternatively, for simpler packs, we can use special enclosing machines that can be quicker and cheaper. The choice is yours.

WHAT WE OFFER

Our direct mail house has a team that is just waiting to show you what they can do. Letters into envelopes come easily to them. Matching addresses? No problem. Attaching an item using a glue spot and having to unfold a mailer 5 times to place a label and match to the envelope? Well, that would challenge most people - but they take it all in their stride. No direct mail marketing job is too difficult, although some take longer than others.

GOT A DEADLINE? NEED THOSE MAILERS OUT BY FRIDAY? NO PROBLEM.

We can step up speed to get those mailers out in time. We can work evenings and weekends to make it happen. You needn't worry - when we say YES, we know we can do it!

We regularly undertake the following.

• Collating folder / wallet packs

• Gluing or using glue tabs to fix items to a mailer

• Multi-insert packs

• Complex folding

• Labeling items that are pre-folded several times

• Using clear plastic labels to seal boxes

And we even have inflated bags with air to ensure safe delivery of a delicate item

OUR DEDICATED STAFF

Karen, our senior mailroom manager will monitor the progress of your mailing, from receiving materials through the enclosing process and all the way to despatch . She has been with the company since it started back in 1993.

Our mailroom manager, will be responsible for accepting all deliveries and ensuring that all items are ready for posting every day.  He also assists with management of the mailing team in our direct mail house.
